Agnes' Pet Sitting Services - Dog Walking and Pet Sitting
providing quality care in Stratford-Upon-Avon and surrounding areas

Various locations to stimulate your dog. The Greenway, Welcombe Hills and Clopton Park, Bridgetown Meadows, along the river or canal just to mention a few..

Dogs need exercising on a daily basis to promote their all round good health and happiness and also their emotional, mental and behavioural needs. With our varied walks you can find the most suitable for your dog(s) needs.

Repetitive games such as fetch played for long periods can lead to OCD. I prefer mixing up playing with your dog using balls, search and scent work/games, fitness walk, all matched carefully to your dog's age, breed and abilities, to keep them happy and interested in the walk.

Scent-work taps into a dog’s natural behaviour and is the means of providing a rewarding occupation with a very special feel-good factor.
It rehabilitates rescue dogs, gives misunderstood dogs an outlet for their energy, and allows companion dogs to find a focus and spend quality time with their handlers.

All dog walks and home visits includes regular updates. I will text or email if requested as well as post pictures and videos on my Facebook page so the owners  can see their pet families having a good time. If you don't want them to appear on Facebook just let me know.

Social Group Walks
If your dog is comfortable around other dogs, has some basic training and is happy and sociable around humans, we are more then ready to take him/her on our regular walks. For group walks we take extra care to matching up friendly and sociable dogs only. We walk in smaller groups to make sure all the dogs can receive enough attention and personal care. With our dog walking service I will collect your dog(s) from your home. If you wish for your dog to be exercised off lead, we do ask for written consent.

Individual Walks
A tailor made walk for multiple dogs from the same household or who can't manage longer walks or who aren't able to exercise with other dogs. You can choose between short or long sessions. With this service we walk only one client's dog(s) at a time. I will collect your dog(s) from your home and they will be walked to your specification.  If you wish for your dog to be exercised off lead, we do ask for written consent.

Travel, to and from your home (up to certain distances).
Water during warm weather, refreshing the water bowl at home and I can even feed them. A towel dry.
Dog waste bags, and any other equipment. Owners must provide their own suitable collar with an ID tag, lead, towels, treats (harness, etc).

Health & Safety
Until a bond has been established between the dog and Walker and good training has been seen, dogs remain on-lead, to ensure that they're safe. Once this has been established and you're happy with it and give us written consent only then we'll consider off-lead walks, providing there is a safe and suitable area.

All dogs who are to participate in group walks must be well socialised with other dogs and humans and must have at least a basic level of training.

Fresh drinking water is available during a walk, during warm days, and fresh water is provided on return. By law all dogs must wear a secure collar, with an ID tag, with the owner's up to date details on (phone number, house No./1st line of address, and postcode), and be micro chipped. We carry an animal First Aid kit, in our vehicle, but in the event of an injury, we will consult your Vet and yourself.
