Home Dog Boarding and Day Care
As a pet owner myself I know how much your dog(s) means to you. While you're away we offer a loving caring home where your dog will be treated as one of the family. I'll treat your pet the way I would want my own dog to be treated. Whether it's a weekend away, on holiday or a special event we can offer you peace of mind so you know your pet is happy and content as we are giving him/her our best possible care. With two daily walks, plenty of play-time and cuddling up with us in the evening we like to give them the attention they deserve. We do not employ any 'host families' and we are not a franchise, so you can be ensured your dog(s) will always stay with us. We'll make sure your dog(s) are happy and relaxed as well as being able to provide them with separate areas during feeding and sleeping if needed.
When your dog(s) boards with us or comes for day care we go the extra mile to ensure it's as pleasant an experience as possible. Our premises has been awarded with 5 Stars rating from Stratford-on Avon District Council and considered low risk with higher standards. Our fees reflect the exclusive care and attention your dog receives. The extra work our whole family puts in helps your dog feel safe, settled and content with us.
No dog will be allowed to board without all their vaccinations being fully completed and up to date. Alternatively to booster jabs, Titre tests are fully accepted.
Titre tests can used for dog owners and veterinarians to help minimize the risks of both infectious diseases and unnecessary vaccinations. These tests can tell you if a previous vaccine is still protecting your dog. If it’s still working, you don’t have to revaccinate.
Vaccinations must be fully completed at least 30 days prior to their arrival to us.
Kennel Cough is not a vaccine preventable disease because of the complex factors associated with it thus Kennel Cough Vaccine is not very effective and we do not require it. If you choose to vaccinate against it please make sure it happens at least 8 weeks before the dog's arrival (because your dog can shed the live bacteria and virus up to 7 weeks) to avoid refusal.
*We require veterinary proof of vaccinations or titre tests so please do not forget to bring your veterinary vaccination card with you to avoid refusal.
Well behaved, house trained, sociable dogs only! No acceptation for dogs who are showing any sign of aggression towards other dogs or humans or have serious humping or resource guarding tendencies. After the age of 9 months, by council requirements, we can only board neutered/spayed dogs. Alternatively I do offer Holiday Care for intact males or entire females.
Prices for Day Care and Home Dog Boarding (1 dog per day)

Overnight charges for Home Boarders an added £5.00
New dogs requires registration and a trial night (payable).

Sometimes in-home Holiday care is more suitable for dogs than boarding or kennels. If your dog is coping better in his/her own home environment (might be an elderly dog, pets with disabilities such as blind or deaf or diabetic etc.) or you have multiple pets or they are intact males or entire females or bitches in season or for whatever reason you might find this the most suitable option. We will look after you pets where they are the most settled and familiar with everything. Causing them no interruption to their life just continued routine with their walks, feeding routines, grooming, playing and cuddling. They can stay at home where they are happy and relaxed. Dogs can be walked and let-out to play in the garden, fed and their water refreshed.
We can also water your plants, feed your fish, empty your mailbox, bring in your newspapers and take out your bins.
